Ordered from everhomestores.com the item itself was fine. No complaints there. But the shipping? Slow. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was frustrating. Meh. Not the worst experience ever, but I’d definitely think twice before ordering again.

I ordered this from everhomestores.com the item itself looked good once it arrived. I just really regret not checking more about the assembly beforehand, because putting it together ended up being way more frustrating than I expected.

The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few of the steps felt like they should’ve come earlier or later. It took me much longer than it should have, and I had to take parts apart and redo them twice. It’s not a terrible product, but the setup definitely made me wish I’d picked something easier

Tried returning an item and took forever to get a reply. Refund was slow too. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying.

When my order showed up, I was a little disappointed. It looked better in the photos than it did in person, and the material felt cheaper than I expected. One of the pieces also had some rough edges, which made it feel less finished. It does still work for what I need, but for the price, I thought it would feel sturdier. It’s not terrible, but based on my experience, I don’t think I’d order it again...

I’ve been waiting for two weeks now and still haven’t gotten any real update!! Super frustrating because I expected it to show up on time, or at least get some clear info about what’s going on.

I tried shopping on EVERHOME the other day while I was sitting with my coffee, just trying to get a few things ordered before I had to leave the house, and it got frustrating fast. The pages were loading slowly, the filters weren’t really doing what I expected, and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. I had to keep going back and re-entering information, which got old really quickly. Overall, it just wasn’t a smooth shopping experience.

I ordered a few days ago and still haven’t gotten any real tracking updates. I even had to take the time to email them myself, and the reply I got was super vague and not helpful. At this point I don’t even know if the package has actually shipped. It’s just frustrating having to put in this much effort for basic order info.

I ordered a couple of things because the website showed them as available, so I figured I was good to go. Then a few days later, I got an email saying one of the items was actually out of stock, which was frustrating.

They did refund that part, so at least that was handled, but I still had to waste time finding it somewhere else. Not a total disaster or anything, but yeah, the inventory on the site really should be more accurate.

So I bought a storage shelf from everhomestores.com and it seemed fine at first, but after a few weeks it started getting wobbly. I expected it to be a bit more durable, so that was disappointing

I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. The quality felt cheap, and nothing about it really matched the price tag. Kinda disappointing :(

The package showed up really banged up, with the corners caved in and one side kind of wrinkled like it had been pressed under something heavy. Even the tape was puckered in a few spots. Everything inside seemed okay, but the box itself definitely arrived smashed.

I used the site recently—or maybe it was last week, I can’t remember exactly—but the design just felt messy and kind of old. I had a hard time browsing around, and the colors gave it this cheap-looking vibe that didn’t really make me want to stick around.

I had an issue with my order it was frustrating at first. Customer service did get back to me and they eventually sorted everything out, so credit where it's due. But the waiting around and having to follow up more than once was annoying. Like, just keep me updated so I’m not sitting there wondering what’s going on. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been a lot smoother.

I emailed them twice, and got absolutely no reply either time. It’s frustrating, feels like they just ignore you
